Vectorworks Foundation
(costs are shown in $US) The purpose of this course is to teach you the basic concepts of Vectorworks 2021. It is always tempting to try to avoid these basic concepts, but these are the ones that make you truly effective at Vectorworks. This is the course you need if you really want to use Vectorworks effectively. It is important therefore to work through all the movies and exercises. You may not understand why you are learning a specific technique – but trust me – to use Vectorworks effectively you will need to learn that technique. I know that you want to make progress as soon as possible – I want that too! I have taught thousands of people to use Vectorworks effectively using this course. They have become very effective at using Vectorworks because they worked through all the exercises.
The course duration shown on the right hand side is the time I estimate it will take you to complete the course, this is not the length of video that I have included, that is shown at the bottom, the total running time. Each lesson has an estimate of how long I believe it will take you to complete the lesson, this is not the length of the video that has included, it is about three times the length of the video.

This module is an introduction to the basic concepts of Vectorworks. Learn how to work with the Vectorworks interface, control selection and snapping, control graphics, and place text and dimensions.

This module is an introduction to 3D Modeling. Learn how to create create simple 3D models, how to control working planes, how to control 3D viewing, how to create drawings from a 3D model, and to place and edit a simple light.
